Driver Charged With DUI After Crash Near Boat Launch In Glastonbury

GLASTONBURY, CT — A drunken driver crashed his vehicle at a park in Glastonbury, police said.

The incident took place just after 8 p.m. on Sept. 11, police said. Authorities released a report on the crash Tuesday.

A 56-year-old Manchester man was arrested at the scene for driving under the influence. Police said he crashed his vehicle near the boat launch at the Riverfront Boathouse, 252 Welles St.
