Glastonbury Election 2025 Voter Guide: Candidates, Polling Places
Here's what you need to know about the Glastonbury municipal election, including the candidates, polling places, voting hours, and more.

GLASTONBURY, CT — On Nov. 4, Glastonbury residents will be casting their votes for several key municipal positions in town. Early and absentee voting are also options.
Here's everything you need to know about upcoming municipal election.
Early Voting Details

Early voting begins Oct. 20 and runs through Nov. 2. Early voting hours are: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 28 and 30.
If you are not registered, but want to vote during the early voting period, you may register in person every day of Early Voting at the early voting location. To find your Early Voting location, visit MyVote.CT.gov or call 860-509-6200.

Voter Registration Details
The deadline to register to vote is Friday, Oct. 17. If you register by mail, it must be postmarked by that date. The deadline for voter registration at the DMV is by close of business on Oct. 17, and the deadline for voter registration online is by 11:59 pm also on Oct. 17.
Same Day Voter Registration
If you are not registered, but want to vote on Election Day, you may register in person on Election Day at your Election Day Registration site People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using Election Day registration.
Absentee Ballot Information
To receive your absentee ballot, complete and sign an application and return it to your Town Clerk, or you can request an absentee ballot online.
Election Day Polling Hours and Locations
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of the State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Referendum questions
1 Shall the Town of Glastonbury appropriate $8,220,000 for the roof replacements at Glastonbury High School and Naubuc Elementary School and authorize the issue of bonds and notes in the same amount to finance the portion of the appropriation not defrayed by grants or other funds?
2 Shall the Town of Glastonbury appropriate $3,200,000 for the acquisition of two fire tank apparatus and authorize the issue of bonds and notes in the same amount to finance said appropriation?
3 Shall the ordinance, proposed by citizen petition, which reads: “No additional artificial turf greater than 100 square feet, beyond the existing artificial turf field at Glastonbury High School, shall be permitted in any public place. The term ‘artificial turf’ also known as ‘synthetic grass’, shall include any material composed of plastic, rubber, or any other synthetic fiber or material which simulates, in appearance or function, a natural grass field” be approved?

Board of Finance, Vote for One
The Democratic candidate is Constantine Constantine and the Republican candidate is Robert Lynn
Board of Education, Vote for Up to Two
The Democratic candidates are Douglas C. Foyle and David Peniston and the Republican candidates are Jenn Jennings and Austin Apanovitch
Board of Assessment Appeals, Vote for One
The Democratic candidate is Manisha Srivastava and the Republican candidate is David Cordone
Zoning Board of Appeals, Vote for Up to Two
The Democratic candidates are Jaye Winkler and David Hoopes and the Republican candidate is Susan Dzialo
Board of Fire Commissioners, Vote for One
The Democratic candidate is John (Jay) Cofiell and the Republican candidate is Anthony Nero
