Van Fire Put Out On I-91 Ramp In Middletown
Westfield firefighters made quick work of a burning van on a highway off-ramp Wednesday.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — A full-size van caught fire on Interstate 91 in Middletown Wednesday afternoon, Westfield Fire Department officials said.
The incident was reported at about 1 p.m.
The rear interior of the white Dodge van was engulfed in flames along a stretch of an Exit 20 off-ramp, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported but state police closed off the ramp while firefighters doused the flames.
