Crash Kills Dog In South Windsor; Police Ask Public For Help

A small dog was struck and killed by a vehicle.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police are requesting the public's assistance following a crash early Tuesday morning.

The South Windsor Police Department said that sometime between 6:15 a.m. and 6:25 a.m., on Sullivan Avenue near Heritage Drive, a small dog was struck and killed by a vehicle.

The driver did not stop and left the scene immediately, police said. South Windsor police are seeking to identify the driver involved.
