Motorcyclist Killed In Collision with Tractor Trailer In South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A collision between a tractor trailer and a motorcycle early Friday morning resulted in the death of the motorcyclist, according to police.

The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Sullivan Avenue at Rye Street, police said. A portion of Sullivan Avenue was closed to traffic for several hours while police worked at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call Officer Johnson at 860-644-2551.
