Rosann Myers, 60, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2:17 p.m.

Matthew J. Lefemine, 32, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:05 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 13

Elizabeth M. Marciano, 54, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 8:36 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 14

Yazmin Rivera, 34, of Glastonbury, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 3:14 a.m.

Tyreese V. Rubio-Beaulieu, 25, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree harassment, first-degree threatening and violation of probation, 12:55 p.m.

Christopher J. Christie, 30, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree forgery, 3:25 p.m.

Tracey M. Biggs, 29, of Hamden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 5:58 p.m.
