Monday, July 21

Victor T. Smith, 35, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, 3:30 p.m.

Paul Lawrence, 57, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:50 a.m.

Jeremy C. Broad, 44, of South Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 5:04 a.m.
