SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - A South Windsor resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 2, Ryan Rankin McCausland, of South Windsor, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Windsor Avenue Citgo and won $10,000.
