AAA Uses Technology For Virtual Hiring Event
Offering Sign-On Bonus To Attract Roadside Assistance Drivers

BALTIMORE, MD (January 18, 2022) – AAA is turning to technology this year to meet the annual need for more drivers on its legendary Emergency Roadside Assistance team. With so many qualified applicants actively engaging online, AAA understands the value and convenience of meeting potential candidates where they already are.
With that in mind, AAA is currently scheduling interviews for a virtual job fair on Wednesday, January 19th. Full-time Roadside Assistance positions pay up to $22 per hour with flexible hours, job training, and comprehensive benefits – and AAA is also offering a sign on bonus of up to $1,500.
The virtual job fairs provide AAA with greater access to top notch applicants and provide those applicants with the interview experience they likely prefer.

“It just makes sense for all of us,” said James Croft, Director of Talent Acquisition for AAA Club Alliance. “For the applicant, they don’t have to worry about driving to a specific location, they can participate in the interview from the comfort of their home. For AAA, we are able to see more applicants in one day than we would have thought possible before this technology became widely used.”
AAA also has multiple opportunities for career growth.

“We are proud of the professional development opportunities within our organization that can lead to roles like Fleet Supervisor, Operations Manager and more,” said Croft.
The AAA virtual job fair will take place on Wednesday, January 19th from 7am-7pm EST.
