Operating Status Altered Feb. 11 For DC Federal Offices: OPM
The Office of Personnel Management updated the operating status for federal offices in the D.C. area on Tuesday.

WASHINGTON, DC — Federal employees in the greater Washington, D.C., area must leave the office no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, with the option for unscheduled telework, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches are possible for portions of Northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, according to the National Weather Service. The winter storm warning will be in effect from 1 p.m. Tuesday through 7 a.m. Wednesday.
