City Winery Adds New Summer Shows: Matisyahu, Joanne Shaw Taylor
City Winery added new shows, including reggae-alternative rock vocalist Matisyahu and British rock guitarist Joanne Shaw Taylor with SIMO.

WASHINGTON, DC — City Winery Washington DC (1350 Okie St NE), located in Washington’s eclectic Ivy City neighborhood, has added new shows include reggae-alternative rock vocalist Matisyahu and British rock guitarist Joanne Shaw Taylor with SIMO, touring the new 300-seat music venue later this year. City Winery’s VinoFile™ members get 48 hours advance pre-sale access to all shows starting 3pm today, Tuesday, June 12th. General on sale is at 3pm on Thursday, June 14th.
City Winery also continues hosting shows as an official mainstage partner for the 2018 DC Jazz Festival (DC JazzFest) through June 14th, with appearances by performers like two-time GRAMMY-nominated duo The Baylor Project presenting their unique mix of gospel, soul, and jazz tonight on Tuesday, June 12th.
On June 16th, 17th, 20th and 21st, City Winery welcomes iconic British singer/songwriter Joan Armatrading. Vibrant jazz vocalist Jazzmeia Horn brings her distinct sound to City Winery on June 22nd. A special performance by singer/producer Greg Laswell, whose songs audiences may recognize from popular television shows like “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Arrow,” comes to City Winery on June 23rd.

All shows at City Winery Washington DC start at 8pm unless otherwise noted, and the venue’s website will be updated weekly with special guest announcements and ticketing information.
