Icy Temperatures May Bring Season's First Snowfall To DC, Northern Virginia On Wednesday
A cold front may bring the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area its first snowfall of the season on Wednesday.

WASHINGTON, DC — For the past couple of weeks, residents of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area have been experiencing sweater weather — just a little chill as they enjoyed Thanksgiving and began their holiday shopping. But, that's all about to change.
The National Weather Service predicted Monday morning the arrival of a cold front and possibly the first snowfall of the season in the Baltimore/Washington area, which means people are going to need to dig out their winter coats, hats and gloves.
While the weather will be mostly warm on Monday, a cold front is expected to move into the region Tuesday night and into Wednesday, bringing 30-40 miles per hour wind gusts.
