Last Day For $49 Southwest Flights From Dulles, Reagan National

WASHINGTON, DC — Southwest Airlines is offering a travel deal where discounted flights — $49 and up for some of the airline's shortest one-way routes — are available out of Dulles and Reagan National Airports. The sale offers primarily nonstop, one-way flights for as low as $49, and the one-way prices increase to $85, $106 or up to $179 for longer flights. Tickets must be purchased by the end of the day on Thursday, April 19, and are nonrefundable.

Travel dates exclude the peak summer season within the U.S. and start April 24. Fliers must travel between April 24 and June 13, or between Aug. 21 and Oct. 31. There are some conditions, of course.

• Domestic travel is blacked out May 24-25, May 28, August 31 and September 3, 2018.
• Domestic travel is valid only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

If you're already thinking ahead toward a Memorial Day or Labor Day getaway, the sale also features low prices on flights to Cancun, Orland0, Chicago, Houston, Nashville, New Orleans and elsewhere.
