Top Trump Administration Official's Purse Stolen At DC Restaurant
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's purse contained about $3,000 in cash when it was stolen Sunday while she was guarded by Secret Service agents.

WASHINGTON, DC — Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's purse — containing her agency access badge and about $3,000 in cash — was stolen while she and her family dined at a Washington, D.C. restaurant on Sunday, according to multiple reports.
In an email obtained by The Associated Press, the agency said Noem had money in her purse to buy gifts for her children and grandchildren and to pay for Easter dinner and other activities.
The thief also got away with Noem’s driver’s license, medication, apartment keys, passport, makeup bag and blank checks, ABC News reported.

The Homeland Security secretary is protected by U.S. Secret Service agents, who reviewed security footage at the Capital Burger restaurant and saw a man wearing a medical mask steal her bag and leave the restaurant, according to CNN, which first reported the theft.
The Secret Service is investigating, reports said.
