Bystanders Hit With BBs, Paintballs In DC: Report
People reportedly are being shot by BB guns or paintball guns in D.C. this month.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Innocent bystanders are being targeted by shooters armed with BB guns or paintball guns in D.C., according to a report.
WJLA reports that in one case, ANC commissioner Paul Trantham was headed home from work on Monday and walking across a gas station lot when he saw a crowd scattering at the bus stop.
The man had a black rifle and Trantham said at first he wasn't sure whether it was real. He ended up shaken but unhurt with just yellow paint on his back, according to the report.
