"She was extremely intoxicated, unable to walk, and told Castillo that she wanted to go to her home," a statement from the Department of Justice says.
Castillo then hailed a passing taxi and brought the victim back to his apartment in Northwest Washington, prosecutors said. Once inside, the victim refused to enter his fourth-floor apartment and repeated that she wanted to go home. The woman fell multiple times and laid down on the hallway floor due to her intoxication, prosecutors said.
