Northwestern Mutual Establishes Presence in Bethesda, Montgomery County with New Office

BETHESDA, Md. – Nov. 3, 2025 – Today, Northwestern Mutual – Washington, D.C. expanded its regional footprint with the opening of its newest location in downtown Bethesda, naming Mesa Lewchalermwong, CLF® its managing director effective immediately. The new office, located at 7200 Wisconsin Ave. Suite 410, reflects Northwestern Mutual’s commitment to Montgomery County in creating career opportunities in financial planning and deepening engagement within the community and beyond.

As leader of the Bethesda office, Lewchalermwong will lead local growth, recruitment and community outreach efforts. With a current team of 15 financial representatives and recruiters, Lewchalermwong aims double her staff over the next year through strategic outreach to recent graduates and established professionals seeking meaningful careers in financial planning.
