Thousands Lose Power In DC, Pepco Investigating: Report
Around 7,000 customers reportedly lost power in D.C. Monday night.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Pepco is investigating after around 7,000 customers lost power in Northeast D.C. Monday night, according to a report.
Fox 5 DC reports that an "in-depth investigation" is underway after the outage. Power was restored at around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday.
An equipment issue may have been to blame, according to the report.
