Mother And Young Son Fall To Their Deaths At Miami High-Rise
The deaths of a mother and her young son are being investigated as a possible murder suicide after the two fell from a Miami high-rise.

MIAMI, FL -- The deaths of a mother and her young son are being investigated as a possible murder suicide after the two fell from an upper floor Monday night of the 43-story RISE condominiums at Brickell City Centre.
The woman and child were found around 8:15 p.m. on a sixth floor deck, according to Officer Kiara Delva of the Miami Police Department. The child was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by Miami Fire Rescue.
Delva told Patch Tuesday afternoon that police were still attempting to notify the next of kin outside the United States.

Capt. Ignatius Carroll of Miami Fire Rescue told WPLG TV that paramedics attempted to perform CPR on the five-year-old child, who was unconscious and not breathing at the scene.
