Spring Means SAT Season

Spring is here and for the average high-schooler planning to attend college, its the most popular season for the SATs. 

The SAT is a pivotal component of college applications. Most colleges use these scores to help decide whether to admit students, and other use it as one of many tools to judge a future student's performance and academic aptitude.

It's taken seven times per year with a duration of 3 hours and 45 minutes. The cost of the test is $49.

The SAT is offered several times a year, but most students take the SAT for the first time during the spring of their junior year and a second time during the fall of their senior year.
