Brookhaven PD Hosts Hot Pursuit Glow Run On Saturday
The annual run benefits the department's Shop With A Badge program. Here are race and event times, and street closings.
BROOKHAVEN, GA — The Brookhaven police department’s annual Hot Pursuit “Glow Run” is scheduled for August 24 at 8 pm. Set-up begins at 5pm with the race beginning at 8pm. During this time a small portion of Candler Lake East will be closed to thru traffic between W Nancy Creek to Nancy Creek Way.
The run is the department's annual fundraiser for its Shop with a Badge program and enables officers to provide less fortunate children an opportunity to purchase gifts for themselves or family members during the holiday season.
