Brookhaven Seniors Welcome Fall

Residents of Brookhaven's Ashford Parkside/Landings senior residence community, took to the road to welcome in Fall the right way. October means Octoberfest in Helen. The daytrip, sponsored by the Resident Services of DeKalb County Housing Authority, included residents from four other communities in DeKalb County. Following lunch and exploration of Helen, residents were treated to a stop at Jaemor Farms for apple picking. The farmers market was a hit with many that had never had the opportunity to visit the mountain region.
