• Offensive Lineman Joshua Sam-Epelle Honored as a 2026 Navy All-American (nbcsports.com) — A standout Douglas County High School lineman from Douglasville, Joshua Sam‑Epelle, has been named a 2026 Navy All-American and will suit up in the nationally televised All-American Bowl. He’ll play in the East vs. West matchup at the Alamodome in San Antonio on January 10, 2026, with the honor placing him among just 100 top high school players recognized on the Road to the Dome tour.
