📰 News we're reading

• ‘Dunwoody continues to be home': School stadium renamed for Ryan Seacrest (ledger-enquirer.com) — Dunwoody High School’s football stadium will be renamed Seacrest Stadium after alumnus Ryan Seacrest made a major donation toward long-sought renovations that could finally let the Wildcats host true home games. A local “Bring It Home Dunwoody” committee is now pushing to raise another $1.5 million from residents, sponsors, and alumni so expanded seating, bathrooms, concessions, and a press box are ready by the 2026 homecoming.

• MARTA working to install new Breeze system at stations (11alive.com) — MARTA is actively upgrading faregates and vending machines at several rail stations, including Dunwoody, as part of a systemwide Breeze modernization finishing in 2026. Riders using Dunwoody and other listed stations should watch for phased construction, redirected entrances, and a continued need to use current Breeze cards and the existing app through at least April 2026.
