• Dunwoody city council denies Zaxby's application for double-drive through lanes (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Dunwoody City Council has rejected a proposed 18-car double drive-through for a new Zaxby’s at Ashford Lane, citing traffic and walkability concerns, though the restaurant itself remains allowed. Councilmembers also approved shared security cameras with Park Place, heard tourism and hotel demand updates from Discover Dunwoody, and funded major audio/visual upgrades for council chambers.
   

• Dunwoody denies Zaxbys permit for a drive-thru (wsbtv.com) — Dunwoody’s City Council has rejected a proposed drive-thru for a new Zaxbys, following an earlier denial for a Raising Cane’s, after residents raised traffic and walkability concerns around Perimeter Center West. Neighbors are weighing potential economic benefits against efforts to keep south Dunwoody more pedestrian-friendly and environmentally conscious.
   

• Crews respond to Dunwoody house fire (atlantanewsfirst.com) — Fire crews are battling a significant house fire on Wilder Court in Dunwoody, where all residents were able to escape safely despite heavy flames throughout the home. Investigators are probing the cause, with the homeowner saying it started while lighting a menorah, amid several other serious residential fires reported in DeKalb County Monday.
