• Another delay for Perimeter Center East project rezoning, SLUP hearing (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Dunwoody City Council has again delayed a rezoning and special land use decision for the long-debated 84 Perimeter Center East project on Ashford Dunwoody Road, despite growing frustration. The council granted the owner’s representative 30 more days amid an evolving sale offer, while also swearing in members, honoring police officers, and approving new security cameras for Brook Run’s maintenance facility.
   

• Business district, Dunwoody PD strengthening public safety partnership (atlantanewsfirst.com) — Dunwoody shoppers will see enhanced safety as the DeKalb Perimeter Community Improvement District commits $360,000 to support the Dunwoody Police Department’s real-time crime center, including drones and city cameras. The self-taxing business district, which includes Dunwoody’s High Street development, says the expanded partnership strengthens community policing and investigative capabilities around key commercial areas.
