‘Person Of Interest’ Sought In Theft Of Fendi Bag In Dunwoody

Police want to talk to a woman in connection with the theft of a Fendi bag from a store in Dunwoody.

DUNWOODY, GA — Police in Dunwoody are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who they say walked out of a department store with a $2,200 Fendi bag. The incident happened this past summer.

Authorities said that about 8:15 p.m. on July 30, a woman entered the T.J. Maxx at 134 Perimeter Center West.

The woman picked up a Fendi handbag and managed to disable the security sensor attached to the purse, police said. She then walked out of the store without paying for the item.

Police have released images of the woman taken from a security camera in hopes that someone may recognize her.
