Donations Needed: Backpack & School Supply Drive

NEW DONATIONS NEEDED by July 29th: Backpack & School Supply Drive.

KIDS CARE Nonprofit & the Cobb County Police Department's 3rd annual "Backing the Need" Backpack & School Supply drive is now - July 29th. In-kind items being requested for elementary, middle, and high school aged students. Donations will be given to students in need of assistance in Cobb County. There are 3 ways to drop off new backpacks, school supplies and nonperishable snacks.

NEW IN-KIND DONATIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT:

1. Drive by & Drop off at the Cobb Civic Center July 29th from 9 am - 2 pm.
2. The Cobb County Police Department Headquarters and at all 5 Precincts (during regular business hours). Now - July 29th
3. Drop off at the Cobb Civic Center & local businesses hosting a drop box (during regular business hours - listed below). Now - July 29th

*In-kind items being requested for elementary, middle, and high school aged students. Donations will be given to students in need of assistance in Cobb County.

*619 NEW BACKPACKS with school supplies have been donated in the past two years with the community's support & participation. We ask again for your generosity and support as we aim to get school supplies to kids/families who need assistance. Your donations will also be passing along encouragement, hope & inspiration to the students and our community. Thank you for your consideration.
