Phase One of Traton Homes’ Edgemoore at Milford Sold Out
VIP Interest List now open for Phase Two coming early 2022

Phase One of Traton Homes’ highly successful Edgemoore at Milford community in Marietta has sold out. The first phase offered 94 two-story townhomes and popular amenities including a pool, cabana and dog park. Interested buyers can join the VIP list now for Phase Two, which is planned to open in early 2022.

Phase Two of Edgemoore at Milford will offer 36 two-story townhomes featuring the same great floor plans as offered in Phase One. Each townhome boasts three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and more than 1,800 square feet of living space. Open concept island kitchens, two-car garages, flexible spaces including multi-purpose loft space, and a full slate of stylish features will be available. Homes in Phase Two will be priced from the mid $300,000s.
In addition to the great Marietta location near Smyrna, Edgemoore at Milford residents enjoy a lock-and-leave lifestyle with lawn maintenance provided by the HOA. This allows residents more time to spend traveling or enjoying the community gathering spaces including the pool, cabana and dog park. A pavilion will be added to the suite of amenities in conjunction with the new phase.

Edgemoore at Milford is located off Milford Church Road with quick access to the East-West Connector and major employers including Dobbins Air Force Base and Lockheed Martin.
