MARIETTA, GA — Families lined the sidewalks of Roswell Street Tuesday as the Let Freedom Ring parade marched toward the Marietta Square in observance of Independence Day.

The nearly two-hour parade was sponsored by the Marietta Parks and Recreation Department and featured the Marietta High School band, classic car clubs, out-of-town organizations, a DJ and military service personnel.

Local first responders both from Marietta and Cobb County took part in the observance.
