Loving Mother Passes Away in Norcross

Obituary provided by Crowell Brothers Funeral Home of Peachtree Corners.

Dorothy “Dottie” M. Martens, 90, of Norcross, GA, died January 15, 2013.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 19th, at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel Funeral Home in Peachtree Corners. Burial will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Martens was a homemaker, devoted wife and loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family and putting others first. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Marty Martens, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary & Carol Martens; daughters and son-in-law, Janet & Bill Bell and Joan M. Darrow; sister, and brother-in-law, Rose Lee & Glen Hanselman; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
