Hundreds of locals came out Tuesday (May 7) to check out the start of the fifth season of the Whistle Stop Farmers Market in Norcross' Thrasher Park.

About 45 vendors set up their tents with an arrangement of items: olive oil, seasonings, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, baked goods, pasta, popsicles and more.
