Garbage Facility Catches Fire Near PDK Airport
The facility near the intersection of Buford Highway and Bragg Street is believed to house propane tanks, according to the AJC.

A garbage facility near DeKalb Peachtree Airport caught fire Sunday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

DeKalb County firefighters were on the scene of a blaze Sunday night at a garbage facility on Buford Highway.

The facility is located near the intersection with Bragg Street and is less than two miles from the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport.
Canned propane is believed to be inside the facility, a spokeswoman for the fire department told the AJC. Firefighters were faced with low water pressure, she said.
