Stolen Car Involved In Sandy Springs Car Crash

Police asked people to be aware of police activity on GA-400 at Northridge Road​ and surrounding areas.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — A juvenile was taken into custody, and two people are at large, after police say they ran from a car crash Sunday night that involved a stolen car.

The three people were occupants of the stolen car that crashed between 7-7:30 p.m. on GA-400 north at Northridge Road, hitting a U-Haul truck and the center ramp median, Sandy Springs Police told Patch Monday. Following the crash, they ran from the scene, police said.

There were no injuries in the accident. Police said authorities are working to identify the two people at large.
