Lanes Reopen After Truck Loses Load On I-285 E In Sandy Springs
A traffic alert on Interstate 285 east in Sandy Springs cleared at 11:45 a.m.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA — A landscaping tractor-trailer lost its load Wednesday on Interstate 285 east past Roswell Road, causing traffic delays near the inner loop at Glenridge Drive and GA-400, according to the Channel 2 Traffic Center and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Sandy Springs Police said the two-vehicle crash in the area did not result in injuries.
"Debris was in the roadway, and it took a while to get the wreckers there to get it cleared," police told Patch.

The crash had lanes blocked at Glenridge, according to the state transportation alert system, GA-511.
The crash happened around 7:30 a.m., according to the alert. The crash was estimated to clear at 1:15 p.m., but it was cleared at 11:45 a.m.

Traffic is delayed from I-285 east to Interstate 75 north, going into Marietta, the AJC reported.
Channel 2 suggested taking I-75 south out of Marietta.
