Spooky Springs Returns To Abernathy Greenway On Saturday

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — One of Sandy Springs’ most popular annual events caters to a very small crowd, and by “small,” that refers to the average height of the target audience, not the crowd size.
Spooky Springs is a family-friendly event for young trick-or-treaters. This year’s event is set for 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23. Little ones and their families can enjoy the free event which features costumed characters, trick-or-treat candy stations, face painting, food trucks, and photo op stations.
Spooky Springs is held at one of the city’s most popular parks, the Abernathy Greenway Linear Park, which is home to the award-winning playable art park.

Limited parking is available at Sandy Springs Christian Church, 301 Johnson Ferry Road. Handicapped parking only on-site. Residents in adjacent neighborhoods are encouraged to walk.
The Abernathy Greenway parking lot will close at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23 for event setup.
