Police Continue Search for Vinings Robbery Suspect
He robbed the SunTrust Bank on Paces Ferry Road on July 19.

Cobb police have not found the man who robbed a Vinings SunTrust Bank at gunpoint, and authorities today released an additional photo showing the man casing the bank on July 16.
Just after 3:30 p.m. July 19, police said the same man entered the branch at 4338 Paces Ferry Road with a handgun. He had on blue jeans and a button-up long-sleeve shirt. The right pant leg was torn from the knee to the thigh.
The man "approached a teller demanding money while showing her that he had a weapon concealed in his clothing," Officer Mike Bowman said at the time. He took off in an unknown direction after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a 5-foot-9 white male with a medium build and black or brown hair. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call 770-499-3945.
