Emory-Adventist Hospital will host a free workshop in Smyrna for people who care for disabled, elderly or sick relatives.
During Tuesday's "Caring for the Caregiver" class, Jennifer Almand of Northside Psychological will teach participants about stress management, coping techniques and other helpful resources.
The class begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
