Chamblee Warehouse Suffers Heavy Fire

Fire officials told Patch there were no known injuries as of 3:40 p.m. Wednesday.

CHAMBLEE, GA — Crews are working a heavy fire Wednesday afternoon in the 5400 block of New Peachtree Road, DeKalb County fire officials confirmed to Patch.

Fire Capt. Jaeson Daniels said the warehouse fire was large. As of around 3:40 p.m., there were no known injuries, he said.

Chamblee city officials said on Twitter the building housed Manna Pro, near New Peachtree and Chamblee Dunwoody Road.

"DeKalb County Fire Rescue are currently at the scene. Please avoid the area," city officials said.

Chamblee Police closed off New Peachtree and Chamblee Dunwoody to American Industrial Way, city officials said, advising travelers take West Hospital Avenue as an alternate route.
