Concerned Citizen Hit, Killed By Driver Doing Donuts: Police

TUCKER, GA — A person who tried to confront a driver who was seen doing donuts in a Lavista Road parking lot was hit and killed by the driver on Nov. 9, DeKalb County Police said.

Police said the person was a concerned citizen and was hit while the driver tried to escape the area.

The man's car was identified, and police said he was arrested wearing the same clothes from the hit-and-run.

"Please remember if you see something, say something," police said.
