Police: Female Suspect in Walgreens Robbery Could Be Elderly
The woman walked up to the cash register, revealed a handgun and demanded cash from the till, police said.

DeKalb County police are searching for a female suspect between 60 to 70 years old in the Monday armed robbery of a drug store on North Druid Hills Road.
The suspect walked up to the cashier, pulled out a handgun, demanded money and left with an undetermined amount of cash at the 2320 North Druid Hills Rd. store, according to a statement from police. They did not say what time the crime occurred.
Police believe she drove away in a tan or gold Jeep Liberty.

The suspect was described as a white female, about 5 feet 6 inches and about 130 pounds, the statement said. Her swollen, red cheeks were a distinctive feature, witnesses told police. She was last seen wearing a baseball cap with a white and a red "G" in the middle, sunglasses, a brown jacket and stone washed jeans.
