Police 'Training Exercise' Scheduled At Batavia High School

BATAVIA, IL — The Batavia Police Department informs community members of an upcoming training exercise involving the Batavia police and fire departments at Batavia High School, 1201 Main Street. According to police, the training exercise will run throughout the day Thursday, Aug. 8.
Police ask anyone who sees lots of squad cars, fire department crews, equipment, and armed police officers in and around the school to not be alarmed.
