Armed Robbery At Lisle Bank Leads To Charges For Indiana Man

LISLE, IL — An Indiana man faces felony charges after federal officials say he robbed a Lisle bank at gunpoint in February. Police say Antonio Moore, 25, of Indianapolis, robbed the BMO Harris Bank at 1050 Maple Ave. on Feb. 16.
Moore was charged with bank robbery and using a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Illinois, Moore entered the bank, showed a gun and demanded that two employees give him money from the vault. Moore is accused of fleeing the scene after the robbery and was later found in a Chicago warehouse and taken into custody.

If convicted, Moore faces a sentence of up to 20 years in a federal prison for the bank robbery charge and up to life in federal prison for the gun charge.
