Child Porn Found On Lisle Man's Computer, Phone: Police

LISLE, IL — Felony charges have been filed against a Lisle man after police say they found child pornography on his computer and cellphone.

Garrett Kappel, 21, of the 500 block of Hitchcock Ave., was charged with five counts of child pornography following an investigation by the Lisle Police Department. He is currently being held at DuPage County Jail.

“We aggressively pursue anyone involved in child pornography,” said Police Chief Kevin Licko. “I
want to acknowledge our detectives for once again conducting a thorough investigation to build a
strong case against Mr. Kappel.”
