Fall Color Festival and Glass Pumpkin Patch at Morton Arboretum

Fall is in the air at the Morton Arboretum. Check out more than 4,500 handcrafted glass pieces at the upcoming Fall Color Fest and Glass Pumpkin Patch from October 12-16. The festival of activities will entertain the entire family. Each piece is unique and each particular glass pumpkin has been made exclusively for this event at The Morton Arboretum. Sales begin Wednesday, October 12 at 1:00 p.m. and the festival runs through Oct. 16. The festival is open daily 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Watch daily glass pumpkin patch demonstrations by featured glass-blower, Shannon Jane Morgan and other artists, as they dramatically turn bits of glass into stunning molten pumpkin creations. Demos take place on October 12-14 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., and October 15-16 from 10 :00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
