Lisle To Honor Fallen Service Members With Memorial Day Parade, Events

LISLE, IL — Memorial Day is May 26 and Lisle has planned a parade and ceremonies to honor the memory of those service members who died in battle.

The Memorial Day Parade will step off from Lisle Junior High School at 10 a.m. and make its way up Main Street before heading east on Burlington. The parade comes to an end at Veteran's Memorial, where there will be a brief remembrance ceremony.

A second ceremony will follow at Lisle Cemetery, 979 Ogden Ave. This ceremony will be conducted by Ross Bishop VFW Post #5696.
