Lisle Police Present School Safety
Children can learn about stranger danger, bullying, and school and home safety.

The Lisle Police Department will present school safety tips specifically designed for children in K-5th grades on Thursday, Oct. 20 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Lisle Park District Recreation Center.

The Lisle Police Department will be conducting a school safety program for children in K-5 grade at the Lisle Park District Recreation Center, focusing on current community concerns by conducting demonstrations and re-enacting situations with class participation. Topics include stranger danger, bullying, and school and home safety.
Specifically designed for children in K-5th grade, the Lisle Police will cover calling 911, how to identify a stranger, dealing with bullies, uncomfortable touching, fire safety, and safety at home, school and in public places. Fee is $10 for all participants, resident and nonresident. Drinks and snacks included.
