Coronavirus: Palatine Car Sticker, Animal License Program Delayed
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, here's the new deadline to buy 2020-2021 vehicle stickers and animal licenses in the Village of Palatine.

PALATINE, IL — The Village of Palatine announced Wednesday that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the state's stay-at-home and social distancing mandates, they're delaying the deadline to purchase and implement 2020-2021 vehicle sticker and animal license programs until the fall. According to a news release, the new deadline to buy 2020-2021 vehicle stickers and animal licenses will be Oct. 31 (2020), and therefore the expiration of all current stickers and licenses will be that same date.
The Village said it's anticipated the sale of 2020-2021 vehicle stickers and animal licenses will take place in September or October, as the sales normally happen during May or June.
The Village added that details regarding the sticker and license sales programs will be finalized by late summer, and then shared with residents.
