District 15 Releases Plan For 2020-2021 School Year

PALATINE, IL — The Community Consolidated School District 15 Board of Education announced final plans Friday for reopening schools for the 2020-2021 school year, district officials announced. District parents are asked to make enrollment decisions by July 17, according to district officials. Information about the plans and how to choose the option that works best for your family is also provided, according to district officials. The board has been finalizing its plans for the fall after reviewing feedback they received from district stakeholders during Tuesday's Committee of the Whole, according to a district newsletter.

The following is a timeline for releasing information to District 15 parents and community members:

• Friday, July 10: Final plans shared with community
• Monday, July 13: Parent Webinar/Facebook Live: Return to Learn Reopening Plan (Access information to be shared Friday, July 10)
• Friday, July 17: Deadline for parents to submit enrollment preferences for school and bus service (platform to submit to be shared Friday, July 10).
