Palatine 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Schedule

PALATINE, IL — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Palatine so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store during the week of July 4th in Palatine:

Palatine Jaycees Hometown Fest/Fireworks

• Where: Community Park, 250 E. Wood Street
• When: Festival runs Wednesday through Sunday, July 3 through 7. It kicks off at 5 p.m. Wednesday, then runs noon to midnight Thursday through Saturday (parade at 11 a.m.), and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Fireworks are at dusk on Friday, July 5.
• Event details: Parade, fireworks, live music, carnival, craft and vendor show, scavenger hunt, fireworks at dusk, and more. Purchase Mega Pass online.
